Are all artworks original?
Yes. Every original artwork on Rangreet is hand-made by the artist and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Prints are clearly labelled as limited-edition prints.
How is the artwork shipped?
Artworks are carefully packed with corner protectors, bubble wrap and hard boards. Large canvases may be shipped rolled in a tube. All shipments are insured.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship artworks are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery takes 5–10 days depending on your city.
Can I return an artwork?
Yes, you can return an artwork within 7 days of delivery if it is in its original condition. Custom commissions are not returnable.
Do you offer framing?
Many artworks are available framed. If an artwork is unframed, contact us and we will suggest suitable framing options.
Can I commission a custom painting?
Absolutely! Share your idea, size and budget through our contact page and we will connect you with the right artist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (for select orders).
Can I visit the gallery?
Yes — our gallery is at Habitech Crystal Mall, Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida. Please call ahead to book a viewing.
I am an artist. How can I sell with Rangreet?
